/Hell of a time working on the November PitchBlak Playlist with Mean Joe Scheme. To be honest, I don't think he has a mean bone in him! He's one of the hardest working artists we've ever collaborated with and his dedication to his craft is an inspiration.

This past weekend, PitchBlak recorded a few new songs with Don Godwin (who also did 'Like Us') at the Old American Can Factory in Gowanus. Everything sounds straight fire! The drums sound incredible. Don is a genius!
New Track: On and On
/Andrew Piccone just dropped the new TubaFresh single over on his blog, thishasgottostop.net. He also did a photo shoot with us in Sunset Park recently and interviewed Ms. Fresh herself. Check out his full post here. Like Subject Matter, we recorded this one with our main dude Alex Weston.
We are playing tonight at the Silent Barn in Bushwick. There is nothing better than a gig you can walk to from your own house. Hope to see you there!

/Just got back from a weekend of writing music, rehearsing, eating amazing food and sharing stories with my PitchBlak family. What an amazing time we had at an Airbnb in Delhi, NY. Here's a picture of my setup for the weekend. I hope we can do it again soon.
Terps for Life
/Just returned from a family vacation in Disney World. While there, I got to hang with my fellow University of Maryland percussion alum John Patton, who now plays with the Orlando Philharmonic. Of course we had to hit up Gloria Estefan's Bongo Cafe. We even brought our timbale sticks but they wouldn't let us sit in ;-)
